Sidewall Sprinkler
The TYCO Series TY 5.6 K-factor, Horizontal Sidewall Sprinklers are standard response, standard coverage decorative 5 mm glass bulb type spray sprinklers designed for use in light and ordinary hazard, commercial occupancies such as banks, hotels, and shopping malls.
- Light hazard/Ordinary hazard
- Small frame
- Unique deflector design of the horizontal sidewall sprinkler results in smaller profile
- Designed for installation along a wall or the side of a beam just beneath a smooth ceiling
- Water discharge is directed primarily outward and downward in a quarter spherical pattern
- Sidewall sprinklers are often used in lieu of standard pendent or upright sprinklers due to building construction, economic considerations, or aesthetics
- Special deflector on the vertical sidewall sprinkler allows it to be installed in either a pendent or upright position

Cylinder Mounting Bracket
Vertical bracketing of the PCL-160, PCL-300 and PCL-460 is provided by the Model MB-15 bracket kit . Vertical bracketing of the PCL-600 is provided by the Model MB-1 bracket kit . These kits must be ordered separately with each cylinder/valve assembly. Cylinder installation instructions are provided in the installation section of this manual.

The TYCO Series RFII 5.6 K-factor, “Royal Flush II” Concealed Pendent Standard Response (5-mm bulb), is a decorative sprinkler featuring a flat cover plate designed to conceal the sprinkler. These sprinklers are optimal for architecturally sensitive areas such as hotel lobbies, office buildings, churches, and restaurants.
Each sprinkler includes a Cover Plate/Retainer Assembly and a Sprinkler/Support Cup Assembly.
