Delivery Time, Terms and Fees

Your order will be delivered to the address you indicated when your order was placed. The products bought on Jerseymep.com will be delivered to address within Qatar. We do not support deliveries out of the state of Qatar.

Jerseymep.com does everything in its power to respect the delivery times within 3 business days from the order confirmation date. We cannot, however, be held responsible for the consequences of a late delivery or the loss of a package caused by a third-party delivery agency, or by you, or because of some unforeseen event or an Act of God. In the event where you do not receive your package, an investigation will be conducted with the carrier and may take several days upon receipt of your claim. During this period of investigation, no reimbursement or re-delivery will take place. Jerseymep will not be responsible for any of the financial consequences incurred to the customer because of any delays in delivery. 

Delivery Fee

Delivery charges are completely free of charge when it is collected from our designated collection point (Refer to checkout page). However, customers have to pay additional delivery charges when it is delivered by us or by any third party service providers.
