Service Location
- jerseymep.com services are intended to be used to buy and sell items that are only located within the State of Qatar. Therefore all sellers are required to comply with this strictly.
- Content – You agree that the phone number(s) used to register for your account will automatically be included as the contact number in any classified listings that you place on The Classifieds unless you specify them during the creation of an ad.
- You agree that you will only list, buy or sell items that are legal for you to own, buy or sell in compliance with applicable laws and regulations of the State of Qatar.
- You agree that you will not include any of the following Prohibited Content in your classifieds or participate in any of the following Prohibited Activities:
Prohibited Content
- weapons
- adult, mature or erotic content or images – personals are not allowed
- opinions, discussion topics or “hate speech”
- false or misleading descriptions
- Prohibited Activities
- Posting multiple listings for the same item
- Including pictures of people
- Including physical addresses. Physical addresses are permitted for businesses only.
- Advertising events.
- Advertising services.
- Including company/organization names/logos or promoting the business in general. Businesses may list items for sale. Company/organization names are permitted for help wanted listings.
- Listing items for sale located outside Qatar.
Violations
If you violate any of these rules as mentioned above, your post/ content will be deleted and your account will be subject to termination.
